In order to process your payment, please have your Firm File Number available to enter on the payment page. You can typically find your Firm File Number on correspondence sent to you by the firm. Refund Policy
If you make a payment that exceeds your outstanding balance on record, The Rose Law Firm will credit the difference within 15 days of receiving written notice of the over-payment. You can send your written notice regarding possible over-payment to:

The Rose Law Firm does not provide any refunds of online payments except in cases where the online payment exceeds the outstanding balance of your account.
